How to disassemble the injection screw barrel?

The removal steps of the injection screw barrel are as follows: :
Preparation before demolition :
- First remove the mold from the injection molding machine and open the moving template to its maximum value .
- Heat cartridge to set temperature, then add cleaning material (e.g.) to replace raw material for easy cleaning .
Disassembly process :
- Gradually reduce injection speed and pressure and back screw to final position .
- Remove the nozzle, heating ring and front barrel (barrel head) in turn.
- Use special tools to remove the key joints and connecting flanges at the back of the screw, carefully push the screw forward .
- When the screw head is exposed to the barrel, immediately remove the connection thread of the screw head (note the left-hand thread) .
Cleaning and maintenance :
- Remove residual materials from the removed parts with a copper brush or similar tool .
- Adhesive materials that are difficult to clean can be heated in the oven until softened .
- When reassembling, apply molybdenum disulfide heat resistant grease to thread joints for later disassembly .
Precautions :
- Wear thermal gloves during operation to avoid burns .
- Use proper tools when removing and installing to avoid damaging the threads .
- Clean thoroughly to ensure that there is no residual material to affect the next use .
